Sunday meal prep done!

Morning all! Just wanted to share my lunches for the week. Mediterranean inspired bowl with turkey meatballs, yellow rice, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, Greek olives, and a tzatziki dressing! I’m so excited to try as I’ve been doing much better with my IBS and am able to eat garlic and spices sparingly. Also this is the first week post-op that I feel comfortable eating normal food! Albeit, still eating on one side of my mouth 😅 But hey a win’s a win.
