Postpartum workout ideas

Idea for Nicole or Kayla-

Would love to see a couple postpartum strength training workouts. Maybe one upper body and then one lower body that focus on getting back into weightlifting and being really mindful of how to reincorporate your core into strength training. Obviously for once people are cleared for exercise! The postpartum content is great so far, but would love to see something that can help me (and I'm sure many others) transition back into the strength training I was doing pre-pregnancy. Thanks for taking the time to consider!
